It's Unlimited March Madness Time! The selections have been made, the brackets are in place, and it's time to make your picks. While visiting our blog check out the videos of recent projects and see what we have been up to in the last year. We will also have a spot on our blog where you can make comments on the tournament, get tournament results and see what others are saying about how they are doing.
It's the time of the year to have a little fun, enjoy some great games and see if we can figure out why the people who know nothing about basketball seem to win most of the prizes. Remember all selections have to be made before the tip off of the first game, which is Early Thursday morning ( March 17th.)
The "First Four" are going to be handled like play in games have been handled in the past. If you choose one of those teams simply choose them and play them out as far as you wish. The OFFICIAL DEADLINE is going to be set at the beginning of the Thursday games. |

Contest Rules
1. Agreement: No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest judge.
2. Sponsors: The Contest Sponsor is Unlimited Designs, Inc..
3. Eligibility and Contest Instructions: No one under 18 years of age. The Contest is open to all individuals. Chances of winning the random draw depend on the total number of qualifying calls and online entries received. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified.
4. Contest Fulfillment: Winning entrants will be contacted by phone or e-mail as long as this information was given to the Sponsor before the start of the tournament..
5. Release: Prior to receiving any prize, the selected winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release form releasing the Sponsors of all liability, confirming compliance with these rules and consenting to the use of his or her name, city of residence, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsors and/or their advertising and promotional agencies.
6. Other: All personal information collected by the Sponsors will be used for the purposes of administering the Contest only. This information will not be sold to any other organization. All decisions of the Contest judge are final. The Contest is governed by the laws of Utah applicable therein. The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest Rules at any time without notice. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed, beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. All prizes are subject to availability. Sponsors are not liable for any errors or negligence that may arise in connection with this Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, such entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
Furthermore, the Sponsors will not bear any liability for: (i) entries that are incomplete or not transmitted due to technical failure, however, caused; (ii) the loss, theft, delay or destruction of any entries (including as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet); (iii) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this Contest or the Prize awarded (including injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software); or (iv) any uncontrollable problems which may arise from bugs, viruses or failure in the server, hardware or software, transmission failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data transmitted by participant.
